Yogurt Berry Crunch Cups (Nut-Free!) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup granola (nut-free variety – look for ones made with oats, seeds, or coconut)

  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or cup, add a layer of Greek yogurt.

  2. Top with a layer of granola.

  3. Add a handful of berries.

  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

  5. Sprinkle a touch of cinnamon for an extra kick.

  6. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

 

Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll of refrigerated pizza dough

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Roll out the dough, brush with butter mixed with garlic powder.

  2. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 mins. Slice and serve.

 

No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Chill for 30 mins.

  3. Roll into bite-sized balls. Keep refrigerated.


Avocado Toast with a Kick

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 slices bread (toasted)

  • Pinch of chili flakes

  • Lime juice, salt, and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Spread over toast.

  3. Sprinkle chili flakes for heat.

 

Hot Beverages

Cinnamon Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot coffee

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, heat milk, cocoa, cinnamon, and sweetener until warm.

  2. Whisk until frothy.

  3. Pour over brewed coffee and stir.

 

Golden Turmeric Latte (a.k.a. “Golden Milk”)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Warm milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper.

  3. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Sweeten to taste and serve warm.

 

Spiced Honey Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup steamed milk

Instructions:

  1. Brew espresso, add honey and spices.

  2. Pour steamed milk over it.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.


Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apple juice or cider

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2–3 whole cloves

  • 1 orange slice

  • 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

  2. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Strain and serve warm with a cinnamon stick or orange twist.

 

Classic Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, whisk cocoa powder, sugar, and salt with a bit of milk to make a paste.

  2. Add the rest of the milk and heat until hot but not boiling.

  3. Stir in vanilla and serve topped with whipped cream or marshmallows.

 

Lemon Ginger Honey Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1–2 tsp honey

  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and add sliced ginger.

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and honey.

  4. Strain and enjoy warm.

Iced Beverages

Iced Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled & sliced)

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 2–3 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)

  • 2 cups cold water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend strawberries and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Strain if you prefer it pulp-free.

  3. Add cold water and sweetener, stir well.

  4. Serve over ice.

 

Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1.5 cups sparkling water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Muddle cucumber, mint, and honey in a glass.

  2. Add lime juice and ice.

  3. Top with sparkling water.

  4. Stir gently and sip fresh!

 

Iced Hibiscus Tea (Agua de Jamaica)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus petals

  • 4 cups water

  • 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener of choice

  • Lime slices (optional)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Boil water, remove from heat, and steep hibiscus petals for 10–15 mins.

  2. Strain and stir in sweetener.

  3. Chill and pour over ice. Garnish with lime.

 

Iced Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 3/4 cup lemonade

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.

  2. Pour lemonade into a glass with ice.

  3. Top with matcha layer and stir.

 

Watermelon Lime Slush

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon cubes

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

  • Mint for garnish (FANCY!)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until slushy.

  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.

Smoothies

Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

 

Berry Antioxidant Blast

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)

Instructions: Blend until creamy and enjoy.

 

Green Glow Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 apple (sliced)

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions: Blend everything until silky green.

 

Creamy Strawberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Honey to taste

Instructions: Blend until oats are fully broken down and smooth.
